1. About these terms
This website is run by GBOS Clothing Co. ("we", "us"), Gandhi Nagar, Delhi, India. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Information only
This website introduces our company, our brands and what we make. We do not sell goods on it. Nothing on this website is an offer of sale, a price or a promise of supply.
3. Orders and quotes
An order is binding only when we confirm it in writing, for example by a signed order, a written confirmation or an invoice. The terms agreed in writing for that order apply to it and take priority over anything on this website. Quotes are valid only for the time stated in them and depend on fabric, availability and quantity.
4. Product information and pictures
Descriptions of fits, fabrics, washes and styles are a general guide. Some pictures on this website are illustrations, including digitally created images, and are not photographs of a specific product. Colours, shades and finishes vary with fabric lots and screens. Our range can change at any time. The approved sample and the written order decide what is supplied.
5. Our names, designs and content
CALIBOS™, Callibri, GBOS and GBOS Clothing Co., their logos, and the text, pictures, videos and designs on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, change or use any of them, or suggest that you are connected with us or approved by us, without our written permission.
6. White-label and private-label work
We keep the designs, details and names of our white-label clients private. A client who gives us designs, artwork, labels, logos or brand names confirms that they have the right to use them, and is responsible for any claim that they belong to someone else.
7. Using this website properly
You agree not to misuse this website. That includes sending false or misleading enquiries, pretending to be someone else, copying content in bulk, trying to break into or overload the website, or using it for anything unlawful.
8. Beware of fraud
We contact buyers only from our own email domain (@gbosclothing.com) and our listed number, +91 93196 14666. Before you make any payment, confirm the bank details with us by calling that number. We are not responsible for payments made to anyone who pretends to be us.
9. Other websites and services
Links to other services, such as WhatsApp, are for your convenience. Those services have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.
10. No guarantees about the website
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful code.
